Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them within 5 business days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in the original selling condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. All merchandise should be returned within 10 days of delivery for a different size and print or a refund.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when they leave the store. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ikpen.mgt@yahoo.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Unfortunately, all items purchased during a sale or marked at a discounted rate cannot be exchanged or refunded. If you send them back to us for a return, we will not be able to process a refund. If you have any questions about sizing, fit, or fabric, please reach out to our customer service before placing your order.
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ikpen.mgt@yahoo.com.
No, delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a refund for a product that has been returned. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product ti reach you may vary. Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All standard orders will be shipped within four to five business days of confirmation from our team that they have received your order. If your order includes an item that we indicated will be shipped at a later date, we will only ship the entire order out together once the item arrives.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We are not responsible for any customs and import duty charges.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and are unable to tell you what the cost would be, since customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

We select and test fabrics to ensure that all garments may be machine-washed easily. That said, please follow the care instructions on each garment. When in doubt, hand washing always wins. And if you want to use the washer, please place them with items of similar colors.
